With the real estate shift that has occurred, many inspectors are questioning what is next. I can tell you, you are in a great profession and it will work itself out. However you might consider some shifting yourself in your business and that is with the Work Smarter attitude. Most inspectors I have interviewed all concur; they would like to make more money and work less. I think that is a great philosophy. However, how do you do this in Home Inspections? Well that is our topic of discussion in this presentation. We will discuss how some simple changes in your menu of services can make your business Revive post 2025!
- Infrared Inspections
- Pool Inspections
- Combustion Analysis Inspections

- Are Home Inspectors good candidates for ancillary services, or should they outsource?
