From record keeping to moisture control, those responsible for buildings and building occupants will receive tips on proactive maintenance, including handling concerns from employees, tenants, home buyers and sellers, as well as their agents.  During this one-hour program, Jocelyne and participants can share the lessons we've learned and the stories we carry with us!

Jocelyne Melton stepped up to the leadership role of CEO at Baxter Environmental Group, Inc. in 2011.  She is a Certified Indoor Environmentalist and an innovative leader in Business Development & Marketing. 

Jocelyne Melton and her team at Baxter Environmental Group, Inc. understand the connections between indoor environments and human health.  Jocelyne's personal experiences have paved the way for a deeper empathy for those who suffer from the negative effects of environmental contaminants, which allows Jocelyne’s unique approach and over 30 years of knowledge to have a significant impact on her customers lives. 

Jocelyne’s vision for Baxter Environmental Group, Inc has always included a strong focus on growth, outreach, and community education.  Her commitment to safety and healthy buildings pushes Jocelyne to take steps beyond the standard business model by offering presentations that seek to raise awareness of indoor environmental issues and help reduce concerns about understanding and controlling indoor air pollution.

Jocelyne’s outstanding business track record has transformed her into a leader in business development and marketing across other areas.  After BEGI won the PA Women-Owned Business of the Year Award and the FCADC Small Business of the Year Award in 2019, colleagues described her as a driven and resourceful professional who fosters success and positive results in those around her. She’s great at making a plan, living it, and coaching others to do the same.  When she’s not engaged in one her many projects, Jocelyne enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, or traveling with her family and her treasured dog, Lucy.
