Condo Unit Deals – "How do Reserve Studies and Declarations fit in?"

More and more deals are transacting with condo units on the residential and commercial side. This trend will continue to increase. There are different considerations for these deals, especially from the due diligence and condition assessment side. What are the unit boundaries? Who is responsible for what? Is there enough money in the reserve fund?

These are common questions that get asked. Some questions are better answered by a lawyer. But these questions will invariably get put to the real estate agents and building/home inspectors involved
